A bit about the place: - The house is spacious (~1100 sq ft) and fully furnished - Comes with all essentials such as RO, fridge, sofa set, cooking utensils, closet, A/C, and so on - The room has an attached washroom, A/C, bed + mattress, wardrobes and a geyser - Flat has a common balcony - Clean, well-maintained, and with a comfortable living room 🗓 Move in by: 11th October 📍Location: F block, Malviya Nagar; near Malviya Nagar Gol Chakkar; right next to Shivalik, Block A It's a very convenient location as Malviya Nagar metro station gate no.3 is a 400m walk (7 min); vegetable market and convenience stores are literally a stone's throw away. 1k per person for the cleaning lady monthly. Electricity and all other utilities bills (Gas, water bill) are split equally. *A bit about me*: I'm an RA in the development sector and mostly work from home with frequent travels to field sites (generally outside of Delhi). I'm organised, respectful and appreciate a quiet space. I'm hoping to find somebody who's tidy, warm, easy-going and preferably non-vegetarian. Timely bill payments and shared responsibilities matter to me as does a friendly vibe at home.
