Flatroomdekho is free to use for browsing and posting standard listings. For any paid plans or premium promotions, refund and cancellation policies are described clearly at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel paid services before they are activated. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled promptly.

• Contact support if you wish to cancel a premium listing or plan.
• Cancellations submitted after service activation may be subject to partial retention.
• All cancellation decisions are communicated through the registered email or phone.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of the cancellation. Refund requests are assessed based on our payment and service delivery policies.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method wherever possible.
